Our Client Gleesons are the main contractor employed by Tubelines as part of the framework agreement to undertake the modernisation of Knightsbridge Tube station including the ticket hall, escalators, passageways and platforms.

GPL carry out a full scope of duties under the form of the New Engineering and Construction Contract on behalf of Gleesons, these include:

• Management of all Sub-contract Accounts.

• Management of the Gleesons Account with Tubelines including monthly valuations, agreement of Compensation Events.

• Final Cost Forecasts.
