Curzon Square in London's Mayfair was the location of a highly prestigious and challenging projects. Situated on Park Lane and Curzon Street between the Hilton and Dorchester Hotels, the project combined refurbishment of existing listed buildings with construction of high quality office and residential accommodation.

At 25 & 35 Park Lane, an existing Listed Grade II structure was extended and two modern wings wrapped around the building to provide a six-storey office development with basements for underground parking. A particular feature of the original building is the external cladding system designed by the trade contractor. Rolfe Judd, based on an original design by Michael Hopkins and Partners, designed the elevations.

On Pitts Head Mews a new three-storey apartment building has been constructed and the seven stylish apartments fitted-out. A five-storey townhouse was also completed mid-March 2003.

Also on Curzon Street and Pitts Head Mews, existing properties were joined and converted into Mews Houses. One is a Grade 1* Listed Edwardian property and the conversion included construction of a basement swimming pool.

GPL offered full procurement services at the initial stages of the project to ensure the project was procured on budget.
