GPL were charged with providing on site support to an existing Project Management Team on the large prestigious conversion of offices to fourteen luxury apartments, (www.the21stmayfair.com) on Davies Street, Mayfair carried out by The 21st Mayfair development company. The highly complex project was under pressure from a demanding client with extremely high standards of quality and finish. In this instance, we added support to the team and offered commercial solutions to ensure a profit outcome for this Subcontractor.

The GPL team created standard templates for variation calculations, applications for payments, and variation tracking logs to ensure that Fireclad were in a strong financial position and could achieve a profitable outcome. GPL were charged with carrying out negotiations for Fireclad and achieved positive agreements on their behalf. By the time the project was completed GPL had taken sole control of the commercial management of the project on behalf of the client.
